RETURN POLICY
  1. All returns must be accompanied with a valid receipt
  2. Return Period:
    • 48 hours from sale: full refund, subject to review
    • 3-30 days from sale: in-store credit only, subject to review
    • The return window for online purchases begins the day the items are delivered
  3. Merchandise must be in like-new condition with original packaging to receive a refund
  4. Returns with visible usage/wear are subject to approval and a restocking fee of up to 20%
  5. Non-returnable items include:
    • Items used in the mouth (e.g. reeds, harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces, etc.), unless sealed in the original packaging
    • Consignment items
    • Special orders
    • Gift cards
  6. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase
  7. Northland Music Center reserves the right to deny any return for any reason
LIMITED WARRANTY
NORTHLAND MUSIC CENTER PROVIDES NO AUTOMATIC WARRANTIES OVER WHAT IS COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $70
Free shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products, in-store used, vintage and clearance products. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping.
  • Our Free Shipping offer is available on orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses may not qualify.
  • Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.
  • If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
  • Delivery times range from one to five days, depending upon the distance to the destination.
  • Items purchased online may be returned to our brick and mortar store and credit will be issued immediately.
  • Free Shipping, where available, may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
NEW ITEMS SOLD ONLINE
Most brand new items we sell on line will have been displayed and possibly tried out by customers in our brick and mortar store. Some items WILL NOT ship in the original shipping boxes or packaging from the manufacturer.
