Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Return Window:
- Within 48 hours of purchase: Eligible for a full refund, subject to approval
- 3–30 days from purchase: Eligible for in-store credit only, subject to approval
- For online purchases, the return window begins on the delivery date
All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition and include original packaging.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items showing visible use, wear, or damage may be denied at our discretion.
Shipping:
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund
Non-Returnable Items:
- Software
- Personal-use items (including headphones, in-ear monitors, vocal microphones, harmonicas, reeds and mouthpieces)
- Items that have been modified, damaged, or are missing components or packaging

Northland Music Center reserves the right to deny any return for any reason.
Limited Warranty
Northland Music Center does not provide any warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty, which varies by brand and product.

Free shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized or overweight products, in-store used, vintage, or clearance items. Separate handling fees may apply.
Our Free Shipping offer is available only to the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses may not qualify.
If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
Delivery times range from one to five days, depending on destination.
Items purchased online may be returned to our physical store for immediate credit.
