Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fix my broken guitar/band instrument?
Yes! We can fix most instruments unless they are damaged beyond repair or if the work wouldn't be cost effective.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome! If you prefer to make an appointment we can do that too. Call us at (715) 420-0555.
If I bring in my guitar can you restring it right away?
Maybe, but we can't guarantee same-day service. If you need service in a pinch, please call us first to see if we can make arrangements.
How long will my repair take to be completed?
Stringed instrument repairs are typically finished within 5-7 days or faster. Advanced repairs may take longer.
Most band instrument repairs take a minimum of two weeks. Exact turnaround time depends on the volume of repairs currently at the store. We can provide a loaner instrument to students for band repairs that are expected to take longer.
How experienced are your technicians?
Band instrument repairs are performed by our certified technician, a member of the The National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians. String instruments are repaired by veteran musicians with more than 20 years of experience working on instruments.
