• Supported the community by playing for assisted living 10+ years
• Taught pre-school group music lessons 2 years

Ages Taught:

7 years to adult, all levels.

Teaching Methods: I have taught from a variety of method books and have found that teaching musical concepts and theory is foundational to any method. I am committed to adapting to the growth needs of each student.

I am incorporating chord learning with older students whose fingers are strong enough to play more than 2 keys on one hand. I find that this helps develop the ear and prepares the student for ensemble playing.
