In particular, his love for hard rock and heavy metal sparked a desire to learn the ins and outs of all things music. Austin began vocal lessons at a young age, which gave him the necessary training to sing lead vocals for a variety of local bands. This experience inspired him to hone even more skills beyond vocals, starting with guitar and eventually leading to bass, drums, and more. Austin joined the Northland Music team to expand his ever growing knowledge of all things music and become more involved with local artists. Additionally, he hopes to help the next generation of musicians realize their passion, just as he did at a young age. When he is not at Northland, you can find Austin playing and recording with his band All Black Horizon.
